The House Blog, with Pads – Specical Guest : Scratch Perverts
by BUDDHA on Aug.14, 2009, under Friends
This mix was absolutely sick when I heard it live yesterday on MHYH radio, so I have to share it here. Pads opens it up for a little over an hour, then Scratch Perverts puts 21 tunes into 30 minutes at the end of the set, tunes that span the spectrum from deep house to dubstep.
Don’t forget to tune in to the House Blog with Pads, every other Thursday at 12noon Pacific time, thats 2000GMT. Also, you can see his podcast here: http://thehouseblog.jellycast.com

Into August we go, and with this year flying by, I decided to take a bit of a look back at some older tracks from 2007 and 2008. You forget how many gems you have lying around sometimes!
Digging deep, I found a few old beauties from David Durriez’s Brique Rouge label (what ever happened to BR?!?!), a Mr V remix of the classic Roland Clark jam, Have a Good Time, plus a couple of Funk D’Void tracks on Soma that are really special. Note to self… remember the good, old tunes!
Jackin’ with jangatha – BUDDHA’s Guest Mix
by BUDDHA on Aug.04, 2009, under Friends, Mixes
Every Monday, jangatha does a show on ChicagoHouseFM called “Jackin’ Off with jangatha” where he plays two hours of killer jackin’ house before Bryan Jones‘ “Control Radio” starts. He asked me if I would do a guest mix for him, and here it is.

My Cuppa T
by BUDDHA on Jul.30, 2009, under Friends
The boys over at Trans-Atlantic Airwaves on MHYH have a new website runnin’… Filled with Archives, guest mixes, and recent House news, its definitely worth checking out.
A bit of history on what’s goin’ on here..
My Cuppa T was founded in 2001 by college friends and music addicts, Charlie Dunlop, Ian McCallam and Jason Humphries. The idea was simple – build a promotion and management organization that would support the most talented young artists in dance music.
Operating from offices in London, UK, My Cuppa T was quickly considered one of the most influential independent artist agencies in the world. In addition to supporting a very special group of talent, the team also planned, promoted and produced a collection of unique events in London, Manchester, Leeds, Ibiza, Los Angeles, Miami & Sydney, showcasing the My Cuppa T artists and guests from across the globe. Incredible parties that will be remembered fondly for many years to come!
In 2009 My Cuppa T has adopted a sleeker, 21st Century outlook… a digital wonderland of music, video, information, and insight from our family of artists and contributors throughout the pages of this fantastic new site.
We’re very pleased to welcome back all of our old friends, and look forward to making many more! Come and say hi and feel free to comment on any of our pages when you want to let us know your thoughts.
Enjoy!
